How to Transfer Money from Venmo to Cash App Without a Card

If you do not have Venmo Card, you can transfer money indirectly from Venmo to Cash App by linking a common bank account in the both the apps. This will act as a bridge to transfer funds from Venmo to Cash App by first transferring from Venmo to Bank and then use Cash App to make payment from the Bank.

e.g. if you have a Chase Debit card which you have linked in the Cash App and Venmo. Whenever you need to transfer funds from Venmo to Cash App, you can use the cash out option in Venmo (subject to 1.5% fees) to transfer funds to Chase Card.

At the same time, since you have added the Chase Card in Cash App, you can directly use the money transferred to Chase and make the payment using Cash App, using the linked Chase Debit Card and need not transfer the money from Chase Debit Card to Cash App balance.

Again, if you have the Cash App Card, but not the Venmo Card, you can still add the Cash App Card in the Venmo app.

Or if you have the Venmo card, and not the Cash App Card, you can add the Venmo card in Cash App.

Wrap Up

While Venmo and Cash App are more like competitors, you can still use funds from both the apps by adding the Venmo Card in Cash App or Cash Card in Venmo. Another method is to use a traditional bank as a bridge between both the accounts.
