Cash App has a cut-off time of 7 pm on Business day for mobile check deposits i.e. not being a Saturday, Sunday or a Federal Holiday. This means if you deposit a check before 7 pm on a business day, it will be counted as submitted on that day.
If you deposit on or after 7 pm, it will be counted as submitted on next business day.

A check successfully deposited on Cash App before 7 pm on a business day (other than Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays) will be credited by the 4th business day in your Cash App account. However, if it is a US treasury check, you can expect the check to be credited on the next business day.
